As the founder of FIND and Recrutaê, Fabio is an investor in several startups. With an Executive MBA in Strategic Management and IT from FGV in 2010 and a degree in Computer Engineering from FEI in 2005, he has been active in the IT R&S market for 15 years. Before the opening of FIND HR in 2016, he played a key role as Head of the IT Division in renowned R&S players. Additionally, he has field experience as a Solutions Architect in well-established companies in the digital payments and technology markets.
