Graduated in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the College of Coastal Georgia (2014) and Postgraduate in International Trade from FIA. Luisa worked in the trading commercial desk at Archer Daniels Midland Company for 4 and a half years before transitioning directly to recruitment and selection in 2019. Since 2019, she has been directly involved in recruiting technology professionals, starting her journey at Robert Walters. Luisa has been part of the Find team since 2020, serving as the manager of the Experts team in recent years.
