As the founder of FIND and Recrutaê, Phillip has been directly involved in the Executive Search market since 2011 and is an investor in several startups. He holds a postgraduate degree in Administration and Business Improvement from FIA-USP, a specialization in Advanced Business Strategies from University of the University of La Verne-USA, and has completed the Leadership in Innovation program at MIT-USA. he graduated in Business Administration from FAAP. Additionally, Phillip serves as a Board Advisor at ABQM and is the Founder of Fazenda Delta. In the past, he gained experience serving as President of the junior company at FAAP.
