With a solid background in attracting and selecting leadership and management support positions in the Technology structures of companies, we have become a reference in the field over four consistent years of growth.

We have served various renowned players – from established companies to unicorns, from family-owned businesses to the most traditional ones – with the clear belief that the combination of technical knowledge in different disciplines, knowledge of our client's sector, and their organizational culture forms the perfect triad for recruitment success.

All these factors remain of utmost importance to us, but the market and the world have changed... consequently, we need to change.

The digital transformation, while shining a spotlight on IT executives, has exposed an interesting movement of demystifying technologies and aligning them with business areas. This has led executives from other "departments" to play important roles in the quest for greater digital maturity in companies.

From the advent of agile methodologies to Shadow IT, business areas have gradually taken responsibility for part of digital initiatives and the transformation of companies, even though the CIO/CDO/CTO is still responsible for orchestrating them.

Technology, therefore, consolidates itself as the driving force of innovation in companies, and responsibilities for its application seem to be more cross-functional and distributed across various areas.

Thus, we are confident that every company in the future will be a technology company.

Finance companies become fintechs, logistics companies become logtechs, healthcare companies become healthtechs, and so on.
