Graduated in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Luís Fernando has built his career across various sectors of the market. He began in the accounting and tax field, gaining experience at the Federal Revenue. He then transitioned to the Financial Services sector at Santander, working in Private Banking. Later, he focused on commodities trading at BM&F, within BGC Liquidez.
Between 2005 and 2011, he worked in business development with infrastructure, in the automotive retail industry, and international logistics.
From 2016 to 2022, he served as Regional Partner at R4S, leading the São Paulo structure with divisions in Finance, Tech, Digital, and HR.
Since 2022, he has taken on the role of Executive Partner at FIND, with the privilege of helping organizations identify and recruit highly qualified professionals for strategic positions.
