With 18 years of professional experience, Michelle Kaplan has dedicated 13 years to the field of people management, leading diverse Sales teams. In the first 5 years of her career, she worked as a Headhunter at Michael Page Group and Adecco Professional. In the last decade, she has worked in financial market companies such as Broadcast and Thomson Reuters (Refinitiv). Her most recent role was as Regional Manager Latam at ADP, where she was responsible for the exponential growth of branches in RJ and the South. Michelle holds a degree in Social Communication from PUC-Rio, an MBA in People Management from FGV, and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from the London School of Business and Finance. Currently, she is a guest professor at Ibmec, focusing on Employer Branding and Crisis Management. Michelle is also an author with two published books to date.
